Get a Free Keyboard Cover for Microsoft Surface RT
To help spur sales of the Surface with Windows RT, Microsoft is giving away a free Type or Touch Cover with purchase of the tablet until June 30th in the US and Canada.
Microsoft’s Surface with Windows RT is definitely in a strange category of devices. It’s not that great as a tablet on its own, and getting a Touch or Type Cover for it is necessary. Especially when your using Office 2013 which comes included in the RT version.
For the next thirty days, Microsoft is throwing in the keyboard cover for free. The announcement was made on the Official Microsoft Blog, and the offer is good for residents in the US and Canada.
I have the Surface RT, and definitely recommend the Type Cover if you’re going to be doing a lot of typing. The Type cover normally goes for $119 and the Type Cover is $129. So if you’ve been on the fence about getting a Surface RT, now is the time to get a great deal on it.
