Google’s AI, now called Gemini, is available to use on your Android phone. After some time, Gemini will replace Google Assistant, and we’ll show you how to test Google Gemini on Android today.

Gemini is free to download and use by installing the app on your phone. You can think of Gemini as a chatbot on steroids. According to Google, it is more powerful than the mobile version of ChatGPT. In addition, it includes an image generation function that is said to outperform OpenAI’s DALL-E. Google also offers an even more advanced version of its AI that you can purchase for $20 per month, called Gemini Advanced.

Whatever you want to use Gemini for, whether it’s testing functionality or replacing Google Assistant, we’ll show you how to get started using Google’s AI on your Android phone.

If you want to stay on the cutting edge of tech, you can use Gemini AI on your Android phone using the following steps.

Using Google Gemini AI on Android

Once installed, you can start using Gemini to do various tasks like search for images, create digital art, answer questions, write programming code, plan a trip, search for photos, write emails, brainstorm, and more.

If this is your first use of AI, test it out and see precisely what Gemini can do for you. Eventually, Gemini will replace Google Assistant and not be a separate app. Still, you can check it out now on your Android phone for a glimpse of what the future holds.

Currently, it’s nice that Gemini is available as a separate download since you can switch back to Google Assistant if you prefer it. You can always give Gemini more time to develop and become a more usable assistant. However, it’s important to keep in mind that Gemini will eventually replace Google Assistant in the future.
