This morning Microsoft released Service Pack 2 (SP2) for Windows Vista and Windows Server 2008.  Here are the download links the various flavors.  Be sure to grab the right one (32 Bit Vs. 64 Bit etc…).

Along with the release of SP2, Microsoft included a few bonus downloads for Windows Server 2008 R2 and Windows 7:

• System Update Readiness Tool for Windows Server 2008 R2 Release Candidate for x64 Edition (KB947821) [May 2009]
• System Update Readiness Tool for Windows 7 Release Candidate (KB947821) [May 2009]

 

The Readiness tools are essentially a scan of your system to help you determine if you can upgrade the machine to either Windows Server 2008 R2 or the Windows 7 release candidates.
