Apple iOS 5 Security: Lock Down Private Photos in Picture Frame

The Picture Frame feature on the iPad, iPhone and iPod touch is a cool way to view your photos in an animated slideshow. If it’s enabled on your Lock Screen, anyone can view your photos, even with a Passcode.

With the Picture Frame enabled, you can view a slide show of the photos on your iPad. Just click the icon in the lower right corner.

If you don’t want someone grabbing your device and viewing your private pictures, turn the Photo Frame feature off.

Go to Settings >> General >> Passcode Lock.
