How to View All Installed Apps on Android

If you have hundreds of apps installed on your device, you want an easy way to manage them. Here’s how to view all installed apps on Android.

We all have a bunch of apps installed on our phones and tablets, and sometimes, you want to view all installed apps on Android. Taking an inventory of installed apps gives you an easy way to manage them.

You can get a list of your installed apps on the screen through settings on Android. Viewing the list allows you to see all apps that are currently installed. This option may be preferable to swiping through all apps on the home screen.

So, in this guide, we’ll show you how to pull up a list of the apps you have installed on your Android phone or tablet.

Note: For the first part of this article, we’re using a Google Pixel 7a, and the steps for your device may vary. However, this will give you an idea of what to look for on your phone or tablet. We’ll also look at the steps for showing installed apps on a Samsung Galaxy phone.

Viewing Installed Apps on Android

If you are looking for a way to view and manage all your installed apps on Android, you can do so by using the above steps. You will have the most control over apps you have manually installed.

For pre-installed system apps, you will have less control. If a system app is grayed out, you can’t disable it because they are baked into the OS and essential for your phone to function. Still, if you want a list of all installed apps on Android, this guide will allow you to do just that.
