Last night, ahead of the big Apple event which undoubtedly will bring in billions of new revenue from those holding out for the new iPhone 5 — I was curious just how much cash Apple, a $625 Billion dollar company brings in on a daily basis. Breaking down the numbers, I was quite surprised! So here’s a quick little post breaking down the last 12 months of revenue reported by Apple.
Apple by the numbers
Now I know what you’re thinking. Huh, only $408 MILLION a day? Yeah… I was shocked as well. Now granted, only about 25-30% of that makes it into the bank after expense but still…
So looking at the numbers, I guess one could say AAPL probably does have some room to grow at $661.00 a share. Hopefully you bought some of it back in 2010 when it was still under $100 a share.

Line from my favorite movie
Forrest Gump : “…He got me invested in some kind of fruit company. So, I got a call from them saying we don’t have to worry ’bout money no more. And I said that’s good.”

If only I hadn’t thought I could out think the stock…. I dumped all my stock after it hit $200 in 2008 then dropped into the $80’s in 2009. Ouch…
