How To Update PortableApps Manually

The PortableApps suite usually updates automatically, but if you haven’t used it in a while, you’ll want to know how to update it manually. Here’s how to do it.

To get to the option, open the PortableApps platform the way you usually do – the Start icon from your flash drive or Dropbox folder, if you have it installed there. Then click Apps >> Check for Updates.

You’ll get a window showing which updates are available. Check the updates you need and click Next.

The suite will update and you’ll get the following update confirmation message.
