As much as we’d love to see a completely paperless office, there are times when you need to print out emails. In Microsoft’s new revamped webmail email service, Outlook.com, it’s not obvious how to do it.
Print Email from Outlook.com Dropdown Menu
Open the message you need to print out in Outlook.com and click the “…” button on the toolbar, then select Print from the dropdown menu. Remember, you can always use the Shift + P key combo as well.
In Internet Explorer and Google Chrome, you can also open a message, right click within it, and click Print.

My emails will not print by using the drop down print. A blank page comes up and is printed. If I use the right click function, it only prints the page on the screen, including menus on the side and top. It only prints what shows on screen, no more.
