Pandora added the Alarm Clock and Sleep Timer feature to iOS and Android in January, but for iOS it only worked on iPhone and iPod touch. But this week the company announced it’s getting closer for iPad anyway, as the Sleep Timer has been added.
According to a recent post from Pandora:
The Pandora app for the iPhone, iPod Touch, and iPad has a sleep timer you can set to make your station stop playing automatically after 15, 30 or 60 minutes.
From the “Now Playing” screen, tap the button in top right of your screen to open up the Menu.
Then tap Sleep Timer and select how many minutes you’d like the timer to wait before it pauses your station.
If you’re running a version of iOS 6 or lower, you’ll need to make sure you check for the update. iOS 7 users should automatically be updated by now – unless you turned auto updates off for some reason. If you like to fall asleep with your favorite music playing on Pandora, the Sleep Timer is a welcome addition if you use your iPad for it.
