From now until December 23rd Amazon is offering a $7+ credit towards the purchase of one MP3 Album. However, this promotion only applies to 25 specific albums, and is only good for one per customer account. Needless to say, if you have leftover Amazon MP3 credit laying around either from a recent Fandango movie ticket purchase or one of Amazon’s numerous credit giveaways in the past, this is the perfect time to use it and maybe score an album for free.
To take advantage of this deal visit http://amzn.to/UEKTI7 and click the “Get Your Credit” button. The eligible MP3 albums are also listed on the same page below the instructions. Once your Amazon-promoted-tweet goes out, a confirmation will appear on the page. You can then click an album and purchase it and receive it for $1.99 (or free if you have at least $2 MP3 Credit from elsewhere).
During purchase the price difference won’t appear until you’ve completed the order. As seen in the screenshot below, the order was free because of at least $2 in other MP3 credit already on the account.
Amazon certainly offers a lot of free music through its MP3 service, but I wouldn’t expect anything less since it’s competing with the likes of iTunes and Google Play.
