The “Sent via Blackberry…” tip is great, but I treat that message, not as advertising, but as a “heads-up” notice to the recipiet that they should not send a reply of anything with a lot of bytes (e.g., attachments) as the Blackberry has practical limits on text display. I know that I use it to truncate my response text or attachments to those who I know are recieving via Blackberry. If it’s their PC, there is not the same concern. It’s a matter of courtesy, as well as practicality.

Thanks for the tip anyway. I use a lot of them.

@David – Yup. Completely understood. Although groovedexter likes to remove the “Sent via Blackberry” I personally like to change it to “sent via my mobile phone”. Like you, I like it when people know it’s coming from my mobile phone so typo’s and grammar may not be the best :)

      Thanks for the comment!
