Valve has finally rolled out a stable release of its Steam client for Linux. While the selection of Linux-compatible games is still marginal, the Linux launch brings in more titles than the initial PC version did. To celebrate the launch, Steampowered put up a large sale affecting nearly 100 titles with discounts from 50% to 70% off the normal price.
