groovyPost Weekly for January 15, 2012

groovyposts most popular posts of the week

It wasn’t easy for me to choose this weeks “Week in Groove” as our writers pumped out so much amazing content! Hopefully you enjoyed all of it as much as I did!

That all being said, below is a quick summary of a few of our most popular groovyPosts.

Starting things out, Bogdan was quite the news hound this week! My favorite and most popular this week however was his a little speculation about the release of Windows 8  later this year.  With Microsoft keynoting at CES, naturally there is information swirling around.

Brian Burgess gives us the lowdown on connecting a Bluetooth Keyboard to an iPad.  Lets turn that consumption device into an authoring device!

Haven’t all of you missed all that groovy writing from Seth Heringer? Good news! He kicked things off again here on groovyPost by explaining how to Geotaging Photos with GeoSetter.  This is a great How To for everyone with a camera!

Heringer goes on to next show us how to view geotagged photos using tools like Google Picasa.  I can’t wait to try these great tips.

Next up, our editor Brian Burgess walks us through the file copy tool which Windows should have had, TeraCopy.

The groovy team has a lot of talent, but there is still room for highly talented and experienced additions.  This week our founder and chief, Steve Krause, announced the addition of Ron White.  Read all about the award-winning computer writer as he joins us.  In one of his first posts, Ron invites us O’, Copy All Ye Faithful.

As all you regular groovyReaders know, this was just a peek at what we released for you here at groovyPost! All our staff have been very busy but hey, we’re doing what we love — writing so that’s OK!

Thanks for reading and see you all on Monday!

I only found out about this site through mere chance, but what a great find it’s been. Always informative, upto date with the latest, and great articles on “How-To”. This would also have to be one of the most user-friendly sites that I’ve been to.

Can’t wait to see what 2012 will bring from GroovyPost. All the best to the contibutors of this excellent site and here’s hoping that you’ll all keep up the fantastic work. Good luck on your quest…bring on 2012!
