Free Porn on YouTube? What Parents Need to Know

Parents be warned! Yesterday we reported on the Google Movies announcement with Disney, Pixar and Dreamworks. While I was looking through the Google Movies, I stumbled onto some adult looking entertainment nasty content.

From the Youtube Movies site, click the down arrow on Categories and click Free Movies.

Either Google is diving head-on into the Nigerian Porn business or the engineering geeks at YouTube didn’t bother to check its algorithm recently. Right at the top of the Free Listings is Mad Sex 2, BlackBerry Babes (Hmm… a tech movie?) and Naked Girls. All available for any user on YouTube.

Parents won’t appreciate Google making it so easy for kids to get their hands on this stuff — not that one can’t find plenty of porn out there on the Internet. I can’t figure out why Google would associate itself with this type of content. Especially  on the day of it’s big announcement with Disney who’s typical demographic is children.

Editor Note: The content of these movies aren’t X rated, but the implication is certainly questionable.

I know this is a family site and all, but let’s be honest. Google isn’t making porn easy for kids to get a hold of. The internet has absolutely, but any search engine can be used, it’s all up to whatever the USER is typing into that innocent little search box. Saying that is like saying strippers make it easy for men to cheat on their wives… ok bad example but you get my point.

And to call it nasty content? Sure, perhaps what you “stumbled” on was pretty mind blowing but when I went there the plot line of Ofe whatever goes like this:

Meet Ogechi(Patience Ozokwor) self proclaimed Mrs Success, an irresponsible wife and a pimp, her resturant business grew so popular coutersy of her assorted waitress girls that satisfies the needs of the male customers. She introduces her two daughters(Tonto Dikeh & Ezinne Okafor) in the line of business. Like Us On FB

I like at the bottom how it says like us on FB! Not exactly nasty, but a story about what’s basically happening all over the big cities of the U.S. right now! I do agree, it is weird that google is putting “Nigerian Cinema” right at the top of the list of free movies, instead of titles like Ghostbusters or Black Sunday (Which clearly says Italian Gothic Horror but is in the science fiction category). But it’s new, and I’m sure they’re working on it… You are working on it right google?

Good piece Steve, just giving you a hard time. I didn’t know they updated their free movies… the last time I was on there it was Ghostbusters and that’s about it.

Great comment Mat! I ran across these when I read up on Ron’s Disney/Youtube piece a few days ago and was shocked more on the side of Google letting these C grade films sit at the top of their free area like you said.

If I were in charge of the Google brand and PR side…. I would be asking questions right now.

That is a good point. Does anyone notice that you don’t get free movies on the android version? I searched the market for those same titles in movies and nothing, not even a free category.

i don’t have android but one thing i know is that nigerian cinema is sadly lacking in writers, editors and possibly actors..can’t really comment on the actors since i have no clue what’s going on in these movies.the nigerian money scams are preferable to their movies!! lol

Remember I had to “research” the movies and they aren’t actual porn. But having titles like that at the beginning is questionable for sure.

weer kinda just havin’ fun with it..it’s not all that serious.

While those movies may not contain nudity, there are quite a few there that do. Surprising considering they don’t let people upload videos containing nudity…
