Changing the screen resolution in Windows 8 is basically the same as Windows 7. That being said, I had a few minutes tonight so I figured I’d run ya through the process groovyPost style.
From the Metro Start screen you need to enter into the main desktop, you can do this by pressing your keyboard Start button or by Clicking on the Desktop title.
Once you’re on the desktop right-click on the wallpaper and click Screen resolution.
From here click Resolution and select your desired resolution.
Then click OK, and you’re done!
