Fix IE 7 lockups

Problem:
Closing the Microsoft Internet Explorer 7 browser OR a TAB in IE7 will freeze the browser for 5-10 seconds.
FIX:
Windows LIVE Toolbar is the issue. When enabled with IE7, you will run into lockups when closing the browser or TABS in the browser.
- Open IE7 Browser
- Click Tools
- Click Toolbars
- Uncheck Live Toolbar
- FIXED!
Note:
Obviously if the Windows Live Toolbar is not installed, you will not have this problem with Internet Explorer 7.
