Just about a week ago YouTube increased their video length limit from 10 to 15 minutes! This gives you 5 extra minutes for your videos so that you can fit more and more content in a single video. The upgrade applies to non-partners and the YouTube team promises the video quality won’t be reduced.
The new YouTube ContentID, VideoID and AudioID system helps wipe out duplicate videos, so every time a duplicate is detected YouTube gains more and more free space.
