“Now I need to get a lightsaber.”
Welcome fellow Androidians to episode 21 of Attack of the Androids. We record this podcast once a week, with love. Android love. On tonight’s episode we have a great cast as usual. Eric Finkenbiner, Jeremy Lesniak, Joey Kelley, and Seth Heringer take the reigns as we start out the show with a quick chat about the ongoing struggle of Asus Transformer Prime owners. There was an update! It fixed a few things and broke a few more! Such is life. We talk briefly about the Facebook IPO, the Path controversy, and so much more.

Thanks for your timely Episode 21 as I’m going to be buying a Transformer Prime next week and I was a little concerned about ASUS’remedial update debacle.
I’ve been rooting tablets: A Coby MID for my sister which is running Android 3.2; Market, Netflix, Youtube, lots of games etc.
Nook Color – my own and friends. My HP Touchpad, which was the steal of the century at $149. Nice to hear CURRENT news on OTAs and ICS ROMS. And thanks for the link for the Market fix for the Nook. Just downloaded and installed the World of Goo which had been listed as “not compatable with my device”. Runs Pefectly!
Very cool, glad to hear it. So I went ahead and did a factory reset, and my prime seems to be working fine now. I’m still on the .13 OTA, and not having near the problems the people on the XDA forums seem to be having. I guess it’s a risk. Personally, if I would have known about the TF-701, I would have definitely waited. Maybe I’ll sell this one and get that when it comes out, although I’m fairly happy with this now that it works, plus once CM9 is ready to go, I’ll probably put that on here.
Thanks for listening.
