groovyPost Weekly Wrap for March 24, 2012

Last week, we covered a lot of tech and how to galleries so if you missed one, here’s my recap for the week!

Starting thing out, Josh Windisch wrote a great review on the New Apple iPad (3rd Generation) Review, and deep dive to answer your questions.

And readers loved our Freeware Friday: Everything by Voidtools groovyPost. Check out this speed demon of a desktop search tool.

Brian also explained how to Turn Your Physical Computer Into a Virtual Machine. This is a very handy trick if you’ve never played with it before. I personally find this is a great tip if you want to sell an old machine but want to hang onto the OS and apps.

On the Windows 8 front, Mike Rothman walked us through his take on the Microsoft media strategy in Windows 8: Zune Software Goes Metro

Rothman also does some sleuthing about the future of one of Microsoft’s less well adopted products in Windows 8: Zune Pass to Live on in Music Metro App

Sticking to Windows 8, Brian next showed us another tip on Windows 8 — Windows 8: How To Log On Automatically

Overall it was a busy week and how to better end it than with a Podcast! Check out Attack of the Androids 27: Samsung Fanboy with our own Mat Lee, Joey Kelley, Seth Heringer, Eric Finkenbiner, and Jeremy Lesniak.
