In Outlook 2007.....is it possible to set up a recurring appointment in the calendar and have Outlook number the appointments? For example, set up "Meeting #1" on four recurring weeks and each one come out with Meeting #1, Meeting #2, Meeting #3 and Meeting #4 in the subject line. You could do this with birthdays and anniversaries "Don's 50th Birthday" and each years recurrence, the number would increment up one.

I seem to recall being able to do this previously, but have googled every possible combination of search terms and not coming up with any definitive answers.

Hi Don,

Great question but unfortunately, I don't have the answer for you. I've been using Outlook for a very long time and I'm pretty sure this is not possible. I also did a little searching on the net and unfortunately, I was unable to find a solution for you.

Sorry

Anyone else out there see this?
