@Slager98 - hmm... Last night was my first "Full" charge after the upgrade so I'll let you know how the battery life feels on my iPhone. I've always had to watch the battery life on my phone (turning off WIFI and blue tooth when not in use).

If your Battery Life doesn't improve, you might want to check Safari and make sure to close all open windows. I've "heard" open windows can refresh in the background and drain battery/bandwidth. Can't say I've actually looked into that scenario however I guess it's possible.

@shockersh - Well, I'm sure there's several reasons why today is different however, like I said I'm more interested in the Technology aspect of the discussion rather than the political.

nice piece. personally, i dont see what all the fuss is. survival of the fittest! if russia wants to take over a country, go for it. as long as they dont torture civilians and such, if they have the power, take it. thats how its worked for thousands of years! why is today any different?

Thanks for the feedback Josh. In answer to your question, I would assume no. However, if it could be proven that the attacks were coming from the Russian Government or sponsored from the Russian Government..... Possibly a different story.
That said, even if it was funded by Vladimir, it would be hard if not impossible to prove.

Excellent write-up. I agree. Don't care much about the politics (there are always more than 1 side to any conflict) however the cyber-war going on is pretty scary. I wonder if russia attacking the googles sites would be an act of war against the US since they sit on US "cyber" soil?
