imageToday I rebuilt my Windows 7 box and after I imported my Google Picasa database / library I realized none of my .MOV video files were showing up in any of my albums.  Thinking it was an easy fix I went into the Option menu only to find the .MOV extension was greyed out.  Has this happened to you?  Read on as I have a simple fix.

Dropbox LogoEarlier, I gave a rather ebullient guided tour of Windows Live Sync Beta 2011 (which will be known as Windows Live Mesh when it is officially released), touting its groovy potential as a backup tool and cloud storage solution. Groovy News on Digg's New Oregon Trail Ox CartIn elementary school we had a computer lab, but despite the public school system’s best attempts at teaching us programming, it was always more fun to play the Oregon Trail.  The best part was that since the game taught us some good ole fashioned American history, our teachers thought it was a totally groovy win-win scenario.  The new Digg designers were no exception to this, and they’ve brought the nostalgic Ox cart from the trail right to the front of Digg.
